I'm Carlos Moreno. Im a new user of Cisco Unified CM
I want know if it's possible to do this (if it's possible, how can i do it?):
A new call from external number to a primary number of the call manager. I want an automatic hang up in order to caller hear music until the internal user hang up the phone to respond the call.
In the internal user does not hang up the phone I want caller hear a voice message and then music again.
I whant this bucle until internal user hang up the phone to respond the call.
