Music on hold not working on cucm

Hello all,

I have installed cucm v11.5 , registered with ip phones 79XX , the problem is that the music on hold by default of the system (sample audio source) not working .

can you help me please

Are you getting beeps or complete slicense.

During hold post the output of the command:

show perf query class "Cisco MOH Device"

Are you trying to use unitcast moh or multicast moh

MOH_2 -> MOHUnicastResourceActive = 0
MOH_2 -> MOHUnicastResourceAvailable = 250
MOH_4 -> MOHHighestActiveResources = 1
