Native Queue - How to display Calls on Queue

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded from 8.5 to CUCM 9.1. I already migrated a Hunt Pilot to Native Call Queueing but I have a question, how can I display a Queues Status on the phone?

Attached a picture took from Cisco. Is this a real thing or just was took from UCCX?

Hey Leo,

Did you try a PLK (programmable line key)?

Queue Status PLK

Queue status PLK is only supported with the following LCD display phones for both SCCP and SIP protocols:

• 6921
• 6941
• 6945
• 6961
• 7911 G
• 7931 G
• 7942 G
• 7945 G
• 7962 G
• 7965 G
• 7975 G
• 8961
• 8945
• 8941
• 9951
• 9971

You're absolutly right! I was looking for a Softkey option not a Line Key.
