Necessary voice alerts to monitor

Dear All,

I am working for a client where they did not have monitoring tool for alerts, but they have now implemented one called Raise IT, and requested me to list out what sort of alerts would be required from voice network perspective.

Could anyone help me with major alerts/triggers that are required, please?

Following are the items involved in current setup.

CUCM PUB & SUB

CME & CUE

CUC

MediaSense

Informacast

Voice Gateways

SIP Trunks

FXOs

Your starting point should be the RTMT documentation for the applications like CM, CU and MS and try to configure at least those alerts that are mentioned there in your Monitoring Tool as well. CM RTMT should have the alert details for SIP Gateways, FXO etc hence just look through the documentation.
