9.3(1)ES5, but I didn't found at cisco software download page. Who can help?

you need to open a TAC case to get this version, it is not going to be available from website directly.

This is the answer I expected from Cisco. New phones with a buildin bug! And no chance for normal customers to repair without any hullabaloo with Cisco TAC, Cisco partners and distributors. Fine! I think Cisco voice products has no future if service is going on like this.
