Need a SIP Profile to Modify the From: field to 10 Digits

Wondering if someone could assist me with templating an example of modifying the outbound "From:" field of a SIP invite. We have a site that is dialing outbound and sending "6 digits" and that is obviously getting rejected by the ITSP we need it modified to the full 10 or e164 format (either is fine). I'm not well versed in this portion of CUBE configuration so a templated example would be of great help! Happy New Years everyone!
