Need help on downloading SIP Phone config files from TFTT Servers (CUCM)
Any help .. much appreciated
I have 2 SIP phones registered in the CUCM, but I cannot find the .Cnf.xml file in either of the TFTP server. getting error
admin:file get tftp SEP40A6E8B126F3.cnf.xml
Please wait while the system is gathering files info ...done.
No such file or directory can be found.
admin:file get tftp *.cnf.xml
Please wait while the system is gathering files info ...done.
Sub-directories were not traversed.
No files matched filter criteria.

By default files cached onto memory and not available to download as you're trying, if you want to use that method, you'll have to disable caching
OR simply download from another computer

Sorry for the delay, really appreciated for your input. I was able to pull the files fromTFTP. For newer model phones (8861 ) cisco made the config file extension to be Mac.Cnf.xml.SGN
I was looking for mac.cnf.xml
