I have configured Auto Attend in CUCM 7.0 with voice gateway cisco 2911 router with fxo ports and connected with analog pot line. and configure the landing number as auto attend DN (which is 4100). but the greeting is starting after 2 rings on line even though i have enabled inbound fast start on my gateway. how can start greeting directly with out the ringing .
Not to my knowledge; the port needs to detect the analog ring voltage. Either a SIP trunk or ISDN circuit would be capable of doing that since both have out of band signaling.
Not using analog FXO would be the best approach. If you’re stuck on that, then try disabling disabling Caller-ID on the voice-port. The FSK data is sent between the first and second ring so IOS waits until the second ring to receive that.
