Hi, I have 2 Cisco 8861 phones. They are both Enterprise that I am converting to 3pcc. I plugged one in that was used and I can use it fine. I plug one in that seems brand new in the box still in the package and plug it in and the Cisco Logo appears and says Copyright 2000-2015 Cisco Systems on the bottom of the screen but only 3 of the top buttons turn green and then stops. I have reset the phone MANY times using the 123456789*0# process numerous times. What am I missing? I have both a plug and an ethernet cable to the internet. I also purchased a license to use this phone and put it in my Cisco account online along with my Verizon Voip service so i can convert this phone as I did the last one to 3pcc. Any help would be great. If the phone is trash than so be it. But its never been used so i am wondering before tossing it what else I can be doing wrong? Do I need to update anything else in the License Admin Portal etc? Thanks!
