New Extensions range

HI All

If i want to add New extension range on call Manager so should i only creat partition and CSS for that OR i have to add that extension range anywhere else.

Example :

We have existing extension range from 501 --> 599 and now i want to add new extension range from 3001 --->3999. Sould i add new extension anywhere or  just add new extension i.e 3001 and add the new partition and CSS on that.

Please advice.

Do mean that you are going change extension number of the IP phone.

use your BAT for bulk changes

No one can tell you that, that's up to you and your dial plan design.

Whether you need a new PT/CSS for those new DNs, is YOUR choice.
