What is the difference between this 2 network Modules??
Can I connect 2 VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE on a NM-HD-2V (using the NM slot) and still have the 4 slots for HWIC, WIC, VIC, or VWIC type modules on a 2821 router??
Thanks
Ricardo

The precious "voice hardware compatibility matrix" at:

says that you can do that.

HD-2V has DSPs on board. You cannot add or expand the dsps available using PVDM2s on a HD-2V module. It will take all the VICs and VWICs like the NM-HDV2 ,but no expansion on the DSP side. NM-HDV2 on the other hand is capable of expanding the number of PVDM2 chips. For the same reason you may use it for terminating vics/vwics or use as a dspfarm.
