NME-CUE Port adapter is disabled

Hi Guys, in need of a little help, i'm trying to install a NME-CUE into a CISCO3845 but the card is showing as disabled

Installed  c3845-spservicesk9-mz.150-1.M10.bin and PVDM2-64

It seems like issue with the CUE. But lets work it out step by step:

1) If you haven't configured the Router\CUE interface, please enable it and try to access CUE or check the CUE status from the router CLI. Here is a quick reference guide:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel7_0/install/Install/nuinstall.html

Do not forget to configure static route pointing CUE ip address to the CUE interface.

Let me know whats the output.

2) If nothing helps in step 1, your only option would be to reseat the CUE module and try in a different slot. Make sure to reboot the router. (as I think its not hot swappable)

3) If nothing above helps, then most probably time for RMA.

Apart from above, was it a working setup or you bought it second hand?

Can you also post an output of sh inventory?

Thanks Terry, very strange i rebooted the router this morning and the CUE has come online, thanks for the help
