Thank you for the reply. I was not able to go to site these days so i couldnt verify the client previous CUC integration. I thought they are all working fine.
Hunt List and Hunt pilot was not configured.
After configuring its working fine.

Run DNA and see if there is an alternative match and see the call flow.
I would also advise launching RTMT and polling the ports on Unity Connection... does the call actually make it to unity?
I think I'd start by grabbing an RTMT trace for the call. It may be that it's connecting but without audio, possible a codec mismatch. Look at the trace first with TranslatorX which gives an easy decode of the voice signalling.
