Hi All,
I have a scenario where we receive call from the ITSP through a sip trunk but the problem is that there is no audio after the call is transferred and sometimes the call remains on hold. I have tried to check MTP required but still the issue is the same. I this an SDP issue?

It could be. No audio is also sometimes a routing problem. MTP Required is a bandaid, almost never the correct solution. Beyond that we’re all speculating here without more data. If you want to attach a debug of the SIP/SDP dialog with the various IP addresses annotated (ie what’s CUCM, the ITSP, the phone, etc), we can take a look.
