We have received this error from time to time.
Normally the headset will recognized from Ip Communicator.
But some times, we will get this error massage : There are no compatible sound device installed on this computer.:"
When the user unplug the USB of the Headphone and plug back in then it´s work again for a short time. Then come the the massage again. Device is set as default , it´s a Jabra Headphone
Could you give me please a hint?
Advice you to stop using IP Communicator as it is past end of everything. The replacement is to use either Webex or Jabber as your calling client.
