Saludos!

Please post your config and ensure you have dial-peers pointing to the FXS lines.

So, FXS ports are controlled via MGCP, are the FXS ports registered in CUCM?
What is the extension of the FXS port? Is it 412701 as that is what your FXO trunk points to?

OK, noteice your FXO port points only to 412701:
voice-port 0/2/0 Todos los puertos FXO estan configurados igual
connection plar opx 412701
So, unless you have translation pattern in CUCM that translates 412701 to 412704 or 412706 it will not get to ehe FXS ports.
