No Incoming Call On Cisco Jabber Outgoing Is OK

Hi 

 

I have installed CUCM 9.1.2 and Integrated IM&Presence 9.1.1.3000 with CUCM.

I have ip phones registered on CUCM and 2 Andriod phones using Cisco Jabber 12.0.0

 

I can call from cisco jabber to IP phones and everything is ok.

I can call from cisco jabber to VTC it also works fine for both audio and video.

 

When i call from IP Phone to Cisco Jabber i get busy tone, same goes for VTC.

When i call from Cisco Jabber-A to Cisco Jabber-B i get the busy status on Cisco Jabber-A and phone is ringing out.

In short Cisco Jabber to Cisco Jabber i cannt make calls, while im is ok.

Are the Jabber devices DNs assigned to a partition that is reachable from the phones' CSS?
