Hi all im stuck and would appreciate your help on this please.
I recently moved and finally got around to setting up my routers a 857 used as a dum modem and my voice 1751 used for everything else.
i had it setup in my other place everything was working perfect -- now i had to get a new number so i figured ok ill change the number no big deal.... well not really now i can make out going calls fine but when i try to get people to dial in all i get is three fast beep beep beeps ????
i checked for possible causes around the forums and the net but have not found anything as such i looked at my incoming dial peers, but why would they have stoped working.... made the changes to the phone numbers but for now i cannot get people to dial in and the debug show NO activity when i dial in?
ive attached my config
thanks for your help

Config looks okay. What would be an incoming called number for an example ?

Thanks for getting back to me
An incoming called number would be either 35321, then regular land line
Or 021 and rest of number for cork Ireland
Does that answer your question?
Best regards

Thanks, so we have the matching dial-peer but is the Telco sending full number i.e. including the Ireland Country code +353 or it's sending just few digits ( i.e. in case of DID ). Did you verify that with Telco or any debugs ?
If the Telco is sending just few digits, a dial-peer needs to be in place to match them.
Lemme know how it goes.

Here is the responce that I received from the SIP provider...
Hi,
Due to legislation in Ireland the number have to be manually linked and validated before the number will start working. We have chased the prosgress of this up and it has now been linked. The number should start working shortly.
they couldnt tell me this before??? only spent all sunday trying to figure out what the issues would of been.
Ill try it when i get back and let you know,
thanks for you support.

okay tested it and it was a provider issue the number had not been connected on their side.
Everything is working again like it was before.
Many thanks for your help case closed
