No OID when SNMPWalk

Hi ,

 

I configured the snmp on uccx and cucm as per the cisco doc's but when I do the snmpwalk from the nms server I am unable to get some oid's

 

like enterprises 9.9.156 for cucm

and enterprises 9.9.718 for uccx.

how to I troubleshoot and what could be the issue.

You can pull the SNMP Master Agent logs via RTMT and see if they give any useful information.
