No services menu on 6941

Hi,

I have some 6941 phones on a CUCM 8.6.2.21900-5.

I subscribed the EM service for these phones, but there is no Entry "Services" in the Application menu (the button with the gearwheel).

The service is working if I assign it to a button.

I've tried these firmware releases:

SCCP69xx.9-2-2-6

SCCP69xx.9-1-1-2-sr

SCCP69xx.9-0-3-b

There are always just 4 items in the menu (Call History, Preferences, Phone Information, Admin Settings)

Is this a known issue?

Thank you, that helped. It was my fault, the "Enable" box wasn't checked in the services configuration.

It seems like that I can put not-enabled services on a phone button (and it's working then), but the service does not appear in the menu.
