Hello All
I have a Cisco 2921/IOS 15.2 router running CUCME 10.0. The IP Phones that are been managed have wrong clock time . The clock time on the router is correct but not on the ip phones. There is no timezone value for West Africa on Cisco Doc.
I am from Nigeria, West Africa, Please can someone help advice on how to resolve this issue.

Hi,
You can use the timezone for West Europe which is 23. This will be the same time zone as West Africa since they are on the same latitude.
Check after setting the timezone if the clock on the phones is fixed. If not try to perform factory reset. If had this problem with cucm and found a mismatch between phone load and configured phone load. After performing factory reset, the configured phone load was downloaded to the phones and got the right clock

- CME Config
- show ntp status
- sh clock
- sh ephone registered
- sh voice register pool all brief
