No User locale on CUCM, just network locale

Greetings,

I downloaded the file po-locale-fr_FR-k3-14.0.1.1000-2.cop.sha512 on the CUCM but after restart I just see France in Network locale and no French language in User locale. How do I fix this? Thank you

you need to install the cm-locale from the CUCM download page, and not the po-locale

Apart from the advice given by @b.winter make sure that you download the matching locale version to the version of CM that you have. There is a new version released for each SU release of CM. So if you’re using SU4 for example the local file should be named with 4000 in the name.
