No working apps on 8851

Hi there,

Can't access "Recents" on the 8851, because it's not listed in Applications. Entering "Working apps" menu section says that there are no launched apps at all. What should I do?

What system is the 8851 registered to? CUCM, CME, something else?

What is the firmware version?

Where are you seeing "Working apps" menu?

Well, then you need to troubleshoot it from Asterisk side, perhaps ask on their forum as it sounds like you might be running into some limitations with this phone and its compatibility. Keep in mind Cisco phones are not officially supported on 3rd party PBXes, so you get what you get.

I thought that call history functionality is about phone, not PBX.

Not quite, is has been a few CUCM releases since Missed Calls, Placed Calls and Received Calls are a phone services from CUCM
