I have a UC520 with last IOS with CME 7.0 version, try to configure a Nokia E55 as internal device using Nokia CC Cisco, in UC520 I configure aephone like this:

all seem works fine, the registrer regular, but CME does not assign the button, so is then is not possible to use the device, because there not a line assigned.
