We recently migrated from a Nortel BCM ip phone solution to a Cisco solution running callmanager 8.5, we are wondering if we can utilize some of our old Nortel ip Phone 2002 and 2004 handsets with the Cisco Callmanager?
If the nortel phones are SIP phones, it can be used under CUCM while additional license units will be needed, but might not get full feature as the cisco SIP phones under CUCM.
