Can anyone tell me if I have bad fxs module if the two busy led's are amber all the time. What would cause the FXS module to be busy all the time?

1. please provide "show voice port summary" of the bad FXS ports, show version of the VG200
2. these ports were bad on arrival? will "shut","no shut" make them work?
