Hi,
One of our client is planning to migrate from Nortel PBX system to CUCM. They are currently using Nortel Meridian Digital Telephones [M3902, M3903, M3904].

Can these phone be used with CUCM?

You realize those are not even IP phones, right?
If you must make them work it is theoretically possible with this:

In reality, it would likely cost more to keep the old phones, buy these units and pay for the labor to configure and install them then to just buy Cisco IP phones.
You may want to investigate tie lines between the Nortel PBX and CUCM, that is a common migration scenario.
