I've read tens of threads about PBX and CUCM integration as far as calling/connected name and number are concerned without finding any solution.
As far as I'm concerned we're going from Nortel to Cisco. VG need H.323, not MGCP.
CUCM runs 8.6.2 , VG are running IOS 12.4(22)T5

I've set as recommended in several threads

On Cisco IP Phone I have the name and phone number of the Nortel phone for outgoing and incoming calls. So it's fine.
But on the Nortel side only the number is displayed when calling to or called by a Cisco phone.

Facility message is shorter with Cisco to Nortel call setup, and there's only 1 message compared to 2 facility message on a Nortel to Nortel call.
Is there something else I can try or there's no way with QSIG and H.323 vg with Nortel ?
