Hello.
I have a nortel PBX connected to cisco 3745 via E1 channel. I has a one phone connected to PBX and one cisco IP phone connected to 3745 router. All phones are working properly. But when I try dial to cisco ip phone from nortel phone I see next: my cisco phone is ringing, but I can't hear a dial ton on the nortel phone and then when I cisco ip phone go off-hook i can't here voice. What can be a cause of this problem?

The ip phone is connected on the local lan of the router? Is it across a WAN or MAN?
Most time audio problems are network conditions because of lack of connectivity.

No, all of this devices found it self in one room( this is laboratory staging). But I don't sure in capability of e1 controller to support voice. Can the e1 controller be configure as trunk? And that was a course that I can't hear a dial ton?

Can you post a show run from the GW in question. As well:
show voice port summary
show version
show isdn status
show diag

Anton,
The E1 indeed looks like voice. The E1 is up and multiframe established.
Voice3745#show isdn status
Global ISDN Switchtype = primary-net5
ISDN Serial0/0:15 interface
dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = primary-net5
Layer 1 Status:
ACTIVE
Layer 2 Status:
TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
Layer 3 Status:
0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
Active dsl 0 CCBs = 0
The Free Channel Mask: 0xFFFF7FFF
Number of L2 Discards = 0, L2 Session ID = 5
Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 0
However I dont see how you would get a dial tone with this type of E1. The dialtone should be provided by your PBX on the other side, and you should sent a ISDN q931 setup message our direction.
This is not a E1 CAS connection, so there's no on hook, off hook state that would relate to providing dialtone.
I'm still missing your show run.

Sorry I forgot about show run, this the part of it. Now I have not got access to lab. I will post all show run later
controller E1 0/0
framing NO-CRC4
pri-group timeslots 1-31
interface Serial0/0:15
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc

no cdp enable
And maybe it will be useful the debug isdn q931 command. When I make a call from nortel phone(5557) to cisco phone (5000):

The call does not connect, and is disconnected by the remote end. Perhaps when you hangup.
We would like a debug voip ccapi inout to check on the dialpeer matching.

It doesn't connect because I don't hangup the phone. Sorry, I forgot to note this in previous message. I will post debug and show run later.

Hi Anton,
I noticed in your setup that are missing some commands for connections to PBX via E1.
Insert the following commands in privilege mode and let me know if it helped.
voice rtp send-recv
voice service pots
voice call send-alert
Regards,
John.
