Hi,
We are using call manager 7.1.2 version. IPMA is configured in shared line mode. assistant not able to transfere the incoming calls from his phone to his manager's phone in shared line mode.
I just want ot know as both assistant phone and manager's phone are having same DN this problem comes and in shared line mode assistant can fwd calls to manager phone. if possible what are the configuration tobe checked.
please suggest.
