Hello,
I am currently have the issue is not display original dialed number when forward a call to external number.
Example:
1111 calls to 3333 forward to 4444 = 4444 see 1111 (correct). However, currently the issue as below
1111 calls to 3333 forward to 4444 = 4444 see 2222 (incorrect)
I have tried to change "Always Display Original Dialed Number " to true in CUCM 9.1 but not effected (default is false)
ISDN -----Voice GW----H323------CUCM--------phone
Any help appreciated.
Best regards,
Tan

Hello Tan
Please check the calling party selection under Call Routing Information - Outbound Calls in H.323 gateway configuration page.By default it is set as Originator. is it different in your configuration?
If it is set to Originator, it may be set to mainline number by your provider as the calling number is different from the ones you purchased from them. in that case you may try including the Redirecting number for those forwarded calls.
If calling party selection is set to Originator, please try checking the box "Redirecting Number IE Delivery - Outbound" and check the behaviour.
if the issue persists, please collect the debug isdn q931 for a test call and provide us the calling party, redirected party & called party numbers.

Hello Tan, I checked the debug and saw the gateway received the redirecting number from CUCM

>> however when we configure the above command, we would still send the Redirect Number as 52807, I believe this is the internal extension number and the telco may not accept this and expect the complete number.

Hi Suresh,
I think the telecom only accepts calls when the calling number is within the internal number (DID) Range. That’s why when we make the call with internal number, it will show the number of the caller (correct)
below is translation profile configuration in gateway:
voice translation-rule 10
rule 1 /^5\(2...\)/ /6645\1/ type any unknown
rule 2 /^6645\(2...\)/ /6645\1/ type any unknown
rule 3 /^.*/ /66452700/ type any unknown
!
!
voice translation-profile Outgoing
translate calling 10
dial-peer voice 2 pots
description Outgoing Calls to PSTN
translation-profile outgoing Outgoing
destination-pattern 9.T
port 0/0/0:15
Thanks for your help.
