Number Expansion in CME

Hi,

I have extn numbers 000-098 assigned to internal users. Requirement was: If anyone presses 0 in the IP phone it should ring the reception number is which is 099. I created num-exp 0 099-it is working. The only problem is: after this command i am unable to reach any other internal extensions having extn no 001, 002,003 etc...Kindly sugegst.

That's because you created an overlap, you could try other methods, i.e. dial-peer, alias, etc but you will always run into overlaps and issues with inter-digit timeout, my recommendation would be to either use something different completely for operator dialing, or something like 0# in which case you will need to map termination digit to something other than #.
