Hi everyone,
My CUCM Publisher has issues for booting. It tells me to use the recovey disk to check the file system. My problem is that i don't have the recovery disk and i can't download it because i don't have my service account and i don't know where to find it. So my question is :
Does anyone can help me to obtain a recovery disk (.ISO) so that a can repair my Publisher please ?

Reach out to your Cisco SE. They can get an ISO and publish it for you, though prepare to be asked about reinstating maintenance too. The rest of us would be violating our respective end user and/or partner agreements by getting it for you.

Reach out to your SE/AM and they might assist, be aware that's a best effort to repair the system, worst case scenario you'll have to reinstall, hopefully you have a backup.

Thanks to you guys. Unfortunately, I don't know who is my SE. I took this job a few months ago and the man who was here before me left without leaving anything about the CUCM. No bills, no documentations, no explanations... and when I try to call him, he never answers. That's why I needed help from you.

You may Contact Cisco France and describe to them the situation:

From the Serial Numbers of the equipment they will be able to find the PO (Purchase Order) and the support information you will need.
At any case, they may also consult you to contact a Cisco Partner to assist you accordingly.
