I have no voice experience other than managing the Directory Numbers of internal phones. Our two voice guys have left in the last few months and there was no real training about what to do for cases like this.
The calls go out two different T1s (from what I can tell) on a 2911. Is there a way I can tell how many lines are being used? I am wondering if maybe due to the number of phones we have added lately tying up all of the external lines. I really have no idea!

A good place to start your troubleshooting is to pull the CDRs. You can import the CDRs to a CSV file a look for calls with disconnection code other than 0 or 16 and also to determine which side dropped the call. You can post here your findings and we can tell you the meaning of the error code.

Where would I pull that? Off of the gateway or the call manager?

Hi James,
You are most likely correct in your troubleshooting ideas. Whenever
you increase the number of phones/users you increase the PRI/Gateway
usage at the same time so it only makes sense that you may be having
intermittent "all trunks busy" type conditions.
In addition to the great info from Amine (+5 "A") you will want to look into
RTMT (Real Time Monitoring Tool) with CUCM to help determine the PRI channel usage.

You should also be able to engage your Telco provider to help you with a Traffic Study
that will also determine what additional resources may be required.

Thanks guys.
I have identified the circuits and am asking AT&T to perform a traffic study on them to see what we can see.
When I tried to get the CDR, I got this:
* For the following Nodes, CDR Enabled Flag is not activated though CallManager Service is activated. Hence no CDRs will be generated on these nodes.
10.36.27.140
10.36.27.141
10.36.78.75
The .140 and 141 nodes would be the ones where the external calls flow through.
