Hello,
I have ths situation, when i forwarded all calls from my ip phone to external number and someone from the pstn call my phone the call is not forward.
But when i call from one internal extension the call is forwarded to the pstn number.
Follow the call flow that is not work:
PSTN Phone >>> SIP TRUNK >>> GW VOICE >>>> Internal Phone A (Call forward to externall numbers)>>> GW VOICE >>>> SIP TRUNK >>> PSTN Phone
And the one that works
Internal Phone B>>> Internal Phone A A (Call forward to externall numbers) >>> GW VOICE >>>> SIP TRUNK >>> PSTN Phone
Thanks

It's probably becuae the caller ID of the forwarding call is not assigned to the SIP trunk and the provider blocks it, very typical with SIP providers. You will have to work with them to get it changed.

Hi Chris,
I manipulated the sip header like this
voice class sip-profiles 1
request INVITE sip-header Diversion modify “<>” “<1148900510>1148900510>>
I replace the caller ID of the extension with the main number, because the SIP Provider only accept the calls with this caller ID.
Thanks.
