Hi,
in my scenario i have the OCS 2007 R2 integrated with ip telephony infrastructure, so i can manage ip phone from my pc, but this cause a problem for my user : when i set the call forward from the Cisco ip telephony, all works properly until I logon to OCS, the call forward settings in the OCS overwrite the ip telephony settings, is it possible to change this behaviour?
