One Click to Home Screen

 Hello,

I have CUCM 10.5 with IP phone 8941 and 9.4.1.9 firmware.

Customer asked for One Click to Home Screen feature. In documentation I can't find any useful info about this (only that no configuration is rrequired).

So, as silly as it sounds, I just can't figure out which button am I supposed to push to go back to home screen? How to set up the feature?

Hi.

The contacts button does that function.

Wherever you are on the phone, just push that key to turn back to the home screen

Hi,

I saw this user guide, but unfortunatelly I'm not getting home screen, I get the corporate /personal directory screen, which is the behavior I would expect without the feature.

Am I missing something? should this feature be explicitely turned on somewhere?
