one schedule voicemail 2 greeting message

Hello,
I am new to cucm and cuc and I will need help.
Is it possible to configure this:

A user's messaging must broadcast according to schedules
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM a busy message and let the caller record his message
Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM a closing message then let the caller record his message

All messages would report to a single user who is the internal 350.
