One side voice issue

Hi Folks,

We have a corporate office based in Hyderabad and all other ites connected through MPLs connectivity.

We use all cisco IP phones in the corporate and analog phones in the sites.

Issue lies like this, When I call to site phone I am able to hear the voice and also they will be able to hear the voice and when they call corporate I am able to here the voice but they are unable to hear the voice.

I have checked fro the side of firewalkl it is fine. I peeped in to fireewall because I have done some natting to a internet IP and allowed access to internet for MPLS interface, since from then this has occured.

I tried doing telnet and everything is fine.

Analog Phone----EPABX---->switch----->MPLS site router----->MPLS router at Corporate----->Firewall------->Call manager------Core Switch------>LAN switch----->IP Phone

Hi,

As a rule,one side voice caused by routing/firewall issues.

Can you ping Corporate Phone IP from eapbx side with eapbx ip as source for ping?
