One way voice communication when I VPN ?

when I VPN to my office from my home and then try to use Personal communicator to dial Internal extensions then I have no problem, I can hear internal user and they can hear me, but when I try to dial external number then I can hear them, but they can't hear me. Any help will be appreciated.

It sounds like the gateway can get to you through IP connectivity/through access-lists, but you cannot get to the gateway though IP connectivity/through access-lists. I'd check the access-list on the VPN to make sure the subnet you get when you VPN in can access the subnet the gateway resides in.
