Onnet to offnet transfer restriction

Hi All

I have a client who wish to block onnet to offnet transfer.  For example IP Phone A ring IP Phone B.  If IP Phone A request to be transferred to an external number it should be blocked.  So far the service parameter "block offnet-offnet transfer" is not applicable for this purpose.

Unfortunatly you can't , i only have one thing in my mind but it will affect alot of features.

You can put the maximum number of calls per extension to one , in this case the phone will not be able to transfer the call.

But the problem with this is that you can't do any kind of transfer (internal or external) and the conferencing will not work plus that you must set the busy trigger to one in this case which will make the call waiting impossible.
