we have a sip trunk to integrate with other voip system we press 88 to access this system ,we created a local user for phones on this system so the operator can transfer to them , the issue:
phone A in our system :100
phone B in the second system:100
1- when operator want to transfer the call to phone B which saved as 88100 its go correct to B but on operator screen it shows the name of phone A
2- when I call direct from my ip phone 88100 its go correct to B and display the correct name
please advice
