Hi Everyone
I'm trying to enable sip option ping but it still seems unknown. I have created new sip security profile as selected "enable ping option" checkbox and associate to related sip trunk it, reset/restart trunk sip security profile. There is still seem unknown on trunk page.
Can you please tell me advice ..

Can you share the screenshot where you see unknown status ?

Here is screenshot of the sip trunk.I also re-enable ping option under sip profile.
Now, I seem full services , It worked.
