Organizing softkey buttons

Is there a way to rearrange which softkey functions are on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd screens on the CP-8841 model? In this particular case, I'd like to move the "Pickup" function to the first screen (currently on the second screen) and move one of the functions from the first screen to the second screen. I've submitted a ticket to our organization's help desk and they didn't know.

Hello George,

You will need to create a new Softkey Template and assign it to your phone: Choose Device > Device Settings > Softkey Template.
