oriCause_value code 41

Hello,

 

Have an issue that code 41 show in oriCause_vlaue on CDR

I already said to my client,


"It was Cause code No. 41, temporary failure.
This cause indicates that the network is not functioning correctly and that the condition is no likely to last a long period of time; e.g., the user may wish to try another call attempt almost immediately.

This means that there is a temporary failure at the physical layer on the ISDN network."

 

Now the problem is, how can I prove it? With the data maybe? Or how I can make them believe in that statement?

Hi,



Open the CUCM RTMT and search in Cisco Syslog > Application logs and find the MAC address of phone you. You should see the same.



Refer CUCM System Error Log guide on google and you can prove to the client.
