Hello,
We are using UCM 10.6 and i was asked if i could generate a report for a specific department (i have collected the DNs associated w/ the department) of all outbound calls from the first of the year to now. I know i can generate a report of all activity associated w/ a particular DN but i want to try and filter just outbound. Is this possible? This department is also in a UCCX call center but for some reason outbound reporting in CUIC is not allowing to generate any reports, i'm guessing because UCM handles the outbound calls, but i could be mistaken. I am kind of rusty when it comes to UCCX. Any help is appreciated.

What is your CDR / CMR Files Preservation Duration set to? Are you offloading CDRs to a billing server that you can query?

Hi Andrew,
Our CDR duration is set to 60 days. Unfortunately we do not have any external billing server to query. I know that would probably make this a lot easier.
