Hi ALL,
I have 2 FXS modules.
When we make outgoing call, there are only 3 calls. But we have 7 analogue lines installed on port 0/0/1 - 0/0/3 and 0/1/1 - 0/1/3.
Please find the attached for config.
Kindly advise.
Thank you.
Regards
Kevin

Hello,
6 ports associated with the trunk (POTSTRUNK) and one of them is SHUTDOWN (0/1/3).
Please provide the output of (show voice port summary).
Thank you,

Port 0/1/3 is not in used.
Should I remove it from trunk?

no, keep the trunk configuration.
There are 5 FXO ports configured within the same trunkgroup, so 5 outgoing calls can be made at the same time (assuming there is NO incoming calls on any of these ports). in other words the total number of calls (incoming+outgoing) on the mentioned ports that can be made at the same time is 5.
Thank you,
Shadi

You have to configure a trunk group and assign a hunt scheme like least used, then assign that to outgoing dial-peer.

post a debug from a 4th call or any subsequent call that falls.
