outgoing calls "Resource unavailable, unspecified"

Hello ,

I have problem with outgoing calls external with PRI on router 4321 with version Version 15.5(3)S4b.

the problem occures when we dialing outside via PRI I receive busy ,

on debugging we see error message " Resource unavailable, unspecified".

after we made reset to router ,the problem solved.

any idea?

You probably had issues with the on board PVDMs in the router. When making calls using PRIs resource unavailable is mist times down to DSP issues. 

Please rate all useful posts

before reload we checked dsp , and state of dsp is up .

What troubleshooting did you do before you rebooted and do you have the outputs of logs/shows that you did. Without that there is nothing we can do  here.

There are a couple of issues that I can recall on the ISR-4k platform which have the same symptoms that you are reporting and are fixed by a reboot but like Deji stated without any logs or show outputs, there is nothing much that can be done other than waiting for the event to re-occur. I can suggest a code upgrade to 16.6.3 or Fuji 16.7.X release if you want to come to a more stable release.
