Outside dial-tone always plays after second digit

Hello guys,

at one of our customers i have a strange Situation.

We have some patterns like #18.! and there the outside dialtone will be played when the 8 is dialed.

When i now create another RP like #45.! or *45.! i always get the outside Dialtone after the 4.

There is no other pattern that starts with #4 or *4.

I allready booted the publisher but nothing changed.

Does anybody received the same issue befor or has a idea?

Best Regards

Daniel

Hi,

Probably you can collect SDI traces, and we would be ble to know whats happening.

So I'm not following here, what do you expect to happen??

To hear the dial tone after the 1st or 2nd digit??

Either way, that is all related to your dial plan config.

If you don't have any other patterns starting with #4 or *4 then hearing it after pressing #4 is expected result, as there are clearly patterns starting with # and * that are not set for provide outside dialtone. You need to review all of your patterns including translation patterns and make them consistent to get secondary dialtone after first digit.
