We have a need to use the Cisco IP phone system to call an ATA 190 device that is connected to a Speaker, so that we can use it as an intercom device for a mechanics shop. Anyone have some idea of what we need to do to make that work? Right now I can't even get the ATA 190 to register. Until that is done I'm not sure what else I need to do. Anyone done anything like this before? The speaker I'm testing with is a Wheelock SA-H15-B.

Hi,
For registration problems with ATA 190 please use the steps documented in the following lin
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cata/190/1_0/english/administration/guide/sip/ATA190/a190_ag9trb.html
I did not find any reference about connecting speaker to an ATA 190, did you get any documentation that such a thing works or have you seen such a setup somewhere.

We bought the ATA 190 and the Wheelock speaker based on what our Sales rep recommended. But there has been no information provided to me to make it work. Do you have another recommendation?
